The Exchange Hybrid configuration Wizard reports the following error:
Updating hybrid configuration failed with error ‘Subtask CkeckPrereqs execution failed: Configure Organization Relationship Execution of the Get-FederatedOrganizationIdentifier cmdlet has thrown an exception. This may indicate invalid parameters in your hybrid configuration settings. The runspace state is not valid for this operation. Cannot perform the operation because the runspace pool is not in the ‘Opened’ state. The current state is ‘Broken’. at System.Management.Automation.PowerShell.CoreInvokeAsync()…
This happens if TrendMicro antivirus software is active in the background while you are running the Hybrid Configuration Wizard
Disable the TrendMicro antivirus and re-run the Hybrid Configuration Wizard.

In 2005 he was the first member to be elected into the MCP Hall of Fame by Windows IT Pro Magazine readers choice (as 1 of 6 worldwide).
From 2005-2017, Dejan has been awarded by Microsoft Corporation with the yearly Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in area of Exchange for 12 years in a row (one of approximately 100 worldwide and, at the time, the only 1 such in Switzerland).
